Information we collect

We collect information you submit in a Demand Profile, including a company website, work email, offer, ideal-customer description, consent, and technical information needed to secure the service. We may also retain product-guide questions and authenticated command audit records.

How we use information

We use information to evaluate product fit, configure approved source coverage, provide support, secure the service, improve guidance, and operate evidence-based opportunity workflows. We do not sell submitted Demand Profile information as a lead list.

Research sources

Customer research is limited to approved public or licensed sources. A source is activated only after technical, legal, privacy, and terms review. Signals are not treated as proof of intent.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the stated purpose, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing swadesoul@gmail.com.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, audit records, restricted commands, and service-level safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
